Where do I get information about immediate care for a rescued victim in Lithuania?

Lithuania does not have a National Helpline especially for the Victims of Human Trafficking. In the villages and small towns you should ask the Police for help. Police will assist you in large cities too. There are also non-governmental organizations who help Victims of Human Trafficking.
Lithuanian CARITAS – Lietuvos CARITAS
Lithuanian CARITAS  offers assistance to women who are victims of human trafficking in Lithuania or outside, or who have been prostituted (was included in prostitution) and suffered abuse.

Lithuanian CARITAS:
offers a variety of services to the victims (affected persons): safe haven, material assistance, social worker advice, psychotherapist, lawyer services,
provides immediate, free help in crisis situations
co-operates with various organizations which provide services to the community (reintegration programmes for the victims of human trafficking and women involved in prostitution, integration into regular, legal employment),
maintains services for the graduates of the programmes,
complies with the principle of confidentiality.
